The Jura Subito is a semi-automatic Espresso machine which tamps, brews and ejects the coffee powder by the twist of the handle.
The Subito prepares Espresso coffee and has a steam- as well as a hot water function for the preparation of milky coffees and tea.

Fill in the coffee powder
1. First pour coffee powder (7 to 14 grams) into the filler funnel |

Press the coffee powder
2. Turn the lever through ¼ of a turn and then lower to apply optimum pressure to the powder. |

Draw off the coffee
3. Actuation of the coffee key switches on the high power pump (15 bars). |
 |
Eject coffee grounds
4. Another ¾ turn ejects the used coffee into the integral container and the SUBITO is ready for use again. |
