In 1932, when Illycafé opened it's first roasting plant and office in Zürich, the three partners (Carlo Seitz, Dr. Ernesto Illy, Trieste and Dr. Roberto Hausbrandt, Honorary Consul, Trieste) decided to invest in best quality only. Today the name Illycafe stands for for best quality. With their export brand Bel Etage and Bon Sol Illycafe reaches coffee lovers all over the world - Illycafe Coffee is served in all those restaurants and cafés where quality is given priority.
