This blend contents stronger blends of coffees from South America and Asia, including the Java extra large bean which is one of the best quality robusta beans. The coffee is 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta. After mixing the green beans they are roasted in the Italian way to bring out its flavours to the best. After roasting the coffee needs to rest so that various oils inside the beans can come to the surface. These enhance the crema on the coffee as well as its aroma.
